For over 35 years, A&P Fencing has manufactured and supplied high-quality timber fencing to both homeowners and trade customers.
Our own panels are built in our Lichfield workshop from responsibly sourced timber and every order is delivered by our own fleet, so the quality you order is the quality that arrives.
Our approach
Quality timber fencing, made in the Midlands
In-house manufacturing
Our own fence panels, trellis and gates are made on site in Lichfield by our experienced team, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern machinery.
Own delivery fleet
We run our own delivery vehicles, so orders arrive on time and in good order. We deliver to the public within 50 miles of our Lichfield head office, and nationwide for wholesale and trade.
Responsibly sourced timber
We use responsibly sourced timber, supplied through certified chain-of-custody suppliers and chosen for quality and longevity.
On-site timber treatment
We treat our timber products on site by dipping them in a water based treatment. This allows the treatment to be applied consistently as part of our manufacturing process, helping improve durability and long-term performance.
On-site recycling and solar
We reuse scrap wood through an on-site biomass system, reducing waste while improving efficiency across our manufacturing process. Solar panels help power the site too.

Our story
How A&P Fencing began
A&P Fencing was founded by Andy Milner in 1989. From a small site in Erdington where our first fence panels were made on simple jigs, the business grew steadily.
From mixing concrete by hand in a wheelbarrow to investing in automated machinery and a purpose-built site in Lichfield, key investments over the years have shaped us into the business we are today, while keeping the same hands-on approach throughout our work.
Andy Milner founds A&P Fencing at a small site in Erdington.
We invest in our first Panelmaster, for consistent quality at scale.
We move to our current site in Lichfield, bringing timber and concrete manufacturing together.
