Below are the answers to some of the most commonly asked questions regarding our delivery procedure and delivery times. If your query isn’t answered within the questions and answers below, please contact us for further information.
Your products will usually be delivered 1-2 days from the date of your order. PLEASE NOTE: with the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, delivery dates are now expected to be around 3 weeks. We are unable to give an accurate date due to the sheer volume of calls we’re getting.
During busy periods, peak season and Bank Holidays delivery times may be further increased because of the increased demand.
Orders placed after 4.00pm and at weekends will be processed on the following working day.
Next day is available on orders placed before 12pm to addresses within a 15mile radius of our depot.
During busy periods and Bank Holidays next day delivery is subject to availability, however you will be informed of the soonest delivery slot.
We deliver between 7:30am and 5.00pm on weekdays and between 7:30am and 12.00pm on Saturdays. We do not deliver on Sundays.
If you have paid and if you are happy for us to leave your goods outside your home, you do not need to be there to receive the delivery.
Please be aware that once goods have been delivered all responsibility of the products will pass to you.
Yes, if you want to come and collect your order that is fine by us!
When you checkout on our online store, you will need to enter your details as usual in the ‘Contact Information’ section on the checkout page, then select ‘Collect from Depot’.
In the rare case that a product is damaged when you receive it then we are more than happy to exchange it and provide you with a free replacement, likewise if your delivery is incomplete we will resolve this free of charge. We ask that damages and incomplete deliveries are reported within two days of delivery being taken.
If you have ordered the wrong products we will exchange the products and deliver the new products to you, however a delivery fee will be charged. There will also be a 10% restocking fee taken from the refund total.
We are not responsible for any damage incurred after you have taken delivery of your products and an exchange will not be given.
All deliveries made will be curbside deliveries unless stated otherwise prior to delivery.
