FAQs and Delivery Information

Below are the answers to some of the most commonly asked questions regarding our delivery procedure and delivery times. If your query isn’t answered within the questions and answers below, please contact us for further information.

Do A&P Fencing deliver nationwide?

Due to overwhelming demand since the global pandemic began, we only deliver within 50 miles of our depots based in Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

How soon will my order be delivered?

Your products will usually be delivered 1-3 days from the date of your order.

During busy periods, peak season and Bank Holidays delivery times may be further increased because of the increased demand.

Orders placed after 4.00pm and at weekends will be processed on the following working day.

Is next day delivery available?

Currently, we are unable to do next day delivery. At this time, our orders are taking roughly 1-3 days after your order is placed. This is due to exceptional demand and global shortages of materials due to the pandemic.

What time will my delivery arrive?

We deliver between 7:30am and 5.00pm on weekdays and between 7:30am and 12.00pm on Saturdays. We do not deliver on Sundays.

Does somebody need to be at home to receive the delivery?

If you have paid and if you are happy for us to leave your goods outside your home, you do not need to be there to receive the delivery.

Please be aware that once goods have been delivered all responsibility of the products will pass to you.

Can I collect an online order rather than having it delivered?

We do allow collections from all 3 branches, however please call ahead to check stock availability.

Can I return a product after I’ve received it?

In the rare case that a product is damaged when you receive it then we are more than happy to exchange it and provide you with a free replacement, likewise if your delivery is incomplete we will resolve this free of charge. We ask that damages and incomplete deliveries are reported within two days of delivery being taken.

If you have ordered the wrong products we will exchange the products and deliver the new products to you, however a delivery fee will be charged. There will also be a 15% restocking fee taken from the refund total.

We are not responsible for any damage incurred after you have taken delivery of your products and an exchange will not be given.
