How Soon Will My Order Be Delivered?

Your products will be delivered 1 – 2 days from the date of your order. However during busy periods, peak season and Bank Holidays delivery times may be further increased because of the increased demand.

Orders placed after 4.00pm and at weekends will be processed on the following working day.

Am I Eligible For Next Day Delivery?

Yes, you are eligible for next day delivery if you place your order before 12 pm and your delivery address is within a 15mile radius of our depot. Please note that next day delivery might not be possible during busy periods and bank holidays.

When Is Delivery Available?

We deliver between 7:30am & 5.00pm on weekdays and between 7:30am & 12.00pm on Saturdays. We do not deliver on Sundays.

Do I Need To Be There To Receive Delivery?

No, you don’t. If you have paid and if you are happy for us to leave your goods you do not need to be there to receive the delivery. Once goods have been delivered all liabilities will pass to you.

Can I Collect An Order Placed Online?

Yes. You will need to enter your details as usual in the ‘Contact Information’ section on the checkout page, then select ‘collect from depot’.

Can I Return My Product After I have Received It?

Yes, you can. If the product is damaged when you receive it then we are happy to exchange it. However, if the product is damaged through no fault of our own then we will not exchange it. We could deliver a new product for you and you will have to pay the delivery costs. Furthermore, if you have ordered the wrong products then we are happy to exchange them for you although you will have to pay delivery costs again. Any damages or short deliveries should be notified within 2 days.
