Our 6ft timber wallplates are designed to provide a solid fixing point when hanging gates against masonry walls or concrete fence posts.
Manufactured from pressure treated (tanalised) timber, wallplates are commonly used where a timber post is not present, allowing gate hinges and fixings to be securely bolted to a wall or concrete post.
They are a practical solution for installing timber gates while maintaining a neat, secure fixing.
Construction
Each wallplate measures approximately 6ft long x 3 inch wide x 1½ inch thick and is pressure treated (tanalised) to help protect against rot and decay.
Available with a choice of green or brown treatment.
