When will it arrive?

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days. Orders placed after 4pm or at weekends are processed the next working day, and lead times may extend slightly over bank holidays and busy periods. Once you’ve ordered, a member of our team will call to arrange a delivery date that suits you.

Prefer to collect? Click & Collect is free from our Lichfield or Garretts Green stores — just choose it at checkout.

How is it delivered?

As a family-run business we use our own fleet and drivers — never third-party couriers — so we keep full control of the timing, handling and care of your order. Deliveries are kerbside: goods are placed as close to the front of your property as we can safely reach, such as a driveway or front garden. You don’t need to be in, as long as there’s safe access and clear delivery instructions. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they’ve been delivered.

Bulk & aggregates

Bulk loads travel on different vehicles and are priced by total weight, in weight bands (standard rates for lighter loads, higher rates as the load grows). They’re delivered and tipped loose where access allows, and are only available within our bulk delivery area (around 20 miles) — enter your postcode at checkout to confirm. Free-delivery offers apply to standard orders only, not bulk.
