Tanalised Framed Waneyedge Fence Panel

Our Premium Tanalised Waney Edge Fence Panels are a strong, fully framed panel built for long-term privacy and durability. Manufactured in Lichfield by A&P Fencing using responsibly sourced timber, each panel is pressure treated (also known as tanalised) so the protection is forced right into the core of the wood rather than just sitting on the surface. This guards the timber against insects, fungus and rot, and helps it hold its strength in both wet and dry conditions.

Unlike a picket or slatted fence that can be seen through, the overlapping waney edge boards give you full privacy with no gaps to peer through, while the natural slant of the boards sheds rainwater cleanly off the face of the panel. The full surrounding frame and bevelled capping rail add rigidity and keep the panel secure, so once it’s properly installed it stays put even in strong winds.

The classic waney edge design is a long-standing British favourite that complements almost any garden, and being pressure treated it’s ready to withstand the elements from day one. It can also be painted or re-treated after installation if you’d prefer a different finish.

Delivery timeframes:

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days. Orders placed after 4pm or at weekends are processed on the next working day. During Bank Holidays and peak periods, lead times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been placed, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Bulk deliveries:

Bulk loads are delivered using different vehicles and are priced separately based on the total weight of your order. Charges increase in weight bands, with standard delivery rates applying to lighter orders and higher rates applied as load size increases. Bulk deliveries are only available within selected delivery areas and are not offered beyond these zones — please enter your postcode at checkout to confirm availability. Free delivery promotions apply to standard orders only and do not apply to bulk loads.

How are deliveries made?

As a family-run business, we operate our own delivery fleet and drivers. We do not use third-party couriers. This allows us to maintain control over timing, handling and care, ensuring your products arrive in the best possible condition.

All deliveries are made on a kerbside basis. This means goods will be placed as close to the front of your property as safely possible, such as on a driveway or front garden area.

Bulk materials are delivered and tipped loose where access allows.

You do not need to be present if safe access and clear delivery instructions have been provided. Responsibility passes once goods have been delivered.
